Our experienced design team will work with your engineers to collate the data we need to design your cooling system.

We can manage the entire design process, providing 3D models along with structural/load calculations and can even offer you a 3D blast simulation if necessary.

Anything from a single radiator to an entire cooling package may be designed for your specific application requirements.

Working for many years with some of the world’s leading oil and gas exploration and production companies, Broadland Radiators has gained unrivaled experience in the design and manufacture of highly reliable, project specific cooling package solutions.

Design, fabrication, assembly and test facilities are in-house, often allowing design modifications to be carried out at late stages of production where necessary.

Cooling products for an almost infinite variety of applications are available and are supplied to a wide range of industries throughout the world, meeting local and international legislation as required.

Experienced in ATEX Zone 2 and Class 2/Div 2

Our bespoke cooling solutions are often designed for use on equipment operating in hazardous areas such as ATEX Zone 2 and Class 2/Div. 2.

Working with leading explosion protection experts, we regularly manufacture cooling packages for ATEX Zone 2 certified powerpacks, pump units, compressors, generators and other engine applications.

Our recently extended design and manufacture facility undertakes all aspects of design, fabrication, assembly and testing of our products, prior to dispatch to our worldwide customer base.

We also have a team of engineers certified for working on offshore production and drilling operations for installation, repair and maintenance.
